2007: The redesigned Mountain & Outdoor Course is here...
A
new 97 page manual dedicated to Mountain / Water & Outdoor First
Aid has been designed and dovetails the redesigned course. Adventure
First Aid collaborated with ITC on the course design and manual
content. The new course is VERY different to other "Outdoor
First Aid" courses and is delivered by trainers who have all
had active hands-on experience either in rescue teams or on expeditions
in remote areas. In addition to this, we all hold teaching qualifications
which ensures that you get the highest possible standard of instruction
and back up after the course.
Jan
2007: Our
Mountain & Outdoor course is now recognised by the Qualifications
and Curriculum Authority which means if you are from an educational
establishment you may be able to draw upon Government funding. This
is an exiting new development for Adventure First Aid and as an
Exetrnal Verifier for ITC (Our Awarding Body) we are at the cutting
edge of new developments and course design.
